Senior User Acquisition Manager
Responsibilities:
Work with all the company’s projects: top products now are Farm Jam, 3 Tiles, My Cat, Tamadog, Numberzilla;
Launch, optimize and analyze UA campaigns to maximize the profits of mobile applications across all desired channels: Rewarded networks (Unity, Mintegral, Applovin, etc), SRNs (Google, Meta, etc), DSPs, CPE channels, App Recommendation channels, Pre-installs;
Test new UA channels;
Collaborate with internal teams of Marketing, Monetization, Analytics and Video Production and with external advertising partners;
Search for new UA approaches and trends;
Competitor analysis;
Search for growth opportunities in channels assigned to you;
Monitor fraud installations;
Analysis of results; reports, presentations;
Work with an internal BI system.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in User Acquisition for Mobile Games: Casual, Hyper-casual, Puzzles;
Experience in working with Ad Monetization;
Hands-on experience with all the top advertising platforms: Meta, Google, Applovin, Mintegral, Unity, etc;
Experience in working with attribution systems: Adjust or Appsflyer;
Intermediate level of English or higher;
Experience in Data Analysis using Excel or some other similar tools;
Excellent communication skills and ability to present yourself.
