Senior Creative Producer

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor trends in the mobile advertising market;

  • Research and analyze competitors;

  • Analyze primary creative performance metrics and generate new creative ideas based on insights;

  • Develop and propose new creative concepts, with a clear understanding of each hypothesis and the problem it aims to solve;

  • Create briefs for the production team and oversee the process to ensure high-quality final deliverables;

  • Collaborate closely with UA, Marketing, Product, and Design Production teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer for mobile games (preferably in the casual genre);

  • Strong understanding of analytics and key performance metrics for ad creatives, campaigns, and products; ability to draw conclusions and make data-driven decisions;

  • Understanding of the target audience for mobile games;

  • Awareness of and ability to track trends in mobile advertising;

  • Ability to write clear, concise briefs and provide timely, constructive feedback during production;

  • Strong visual taste, creativity, and knowledge of design styles and current trends;

  • A relevant portfolio with examples of successful ad creatives;

  • Responsibility and confident decision-making;

  • Proactivity and strong teamwork skills.
